Obama learns of one of his Defense Dept. agencies while visiting a burger stand

File this under "What if Bush did it?" In another one of those attempts to look like one of the common folk, President Obama stopped off at a burger place called Five Guys. You know how these events work. The President orders and eats a common, ordinary, everyday meal, (just like you and me) and then proceeds to meet and greet all of us common, ordinary, everyday blue collar Joe's and Josephine's. It's a staged publicity stunt to make us kinda feel good about ourselves seeing that the President really cares about us by taking time out of his busy day of golf to shake our hand, ask us what we do, what are concerns are and stuff. While visiting Five Guys, President Obama met a man and learned of a Defense Department agency (that he's actually the boss of) for the very first time.

Obama: What do you do Walter?
Walter: I work at, uh, NGA, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
Obama: Outstanding, how long you been doing that?
Walter: About six years
Obama: Yea?
Walter: Yes.
Obama: You like it?
Walter: I do, keeps me...
Obama: So explain to me exactly what this National Geospatial...uh...
Walter: Uh, we work with, uh, satellite imagery..
Obama: Right
Walter: [unintelligible] ...support systems, so...
Obama: Sounds like good work.
Walter: Enjoy the weekend.
Obama: Appreciate it.

Now honestly folks. With all the stuff that is happening RIGHT NOW in Iran and North Korea, don't you think that this is the one agency that you should know just a little bit something about, instead of waiting 5 months into your administration to hear about it for the first time at a burger joint. After the "Joe the Plumber" incident you would think that President Obama would scratch these kind of events off of his calendar.
