Henry Louis Gates ... I fought the law

Now that the "beer summit" has concluded a story is coming out of Rhode Island that seems to suggest that Prof. Gates has a history of having a "poor" attitude towards the men in blue.

The most sexually suggestive commercial ever

Domenica Davis loses mic down her blouse

FOX News' Domenica Davis is one of the hottest women on television, but she had one of those embarrassing live TV moments when her microphone fell down inside her dress.

911 caller, Lucia Whalen, addresses the media

Lucia Whalen, the 911 caller in the Prof. Gates incident, addresses the media and describes the hell she has had to endure thanks to the likes of out-and-out race hustlers like Al Sharpton, Prof. Gates, and President Obama.

Al Sharpton upset media isn't calling Gates 911 caller a "racist"

The Rev. Al Sharpton has to keep racial tensions boiling at all times or he's out of business, and he's not happy that his allies in the liberal mainstream media are reporting that the 911 caller in the Prof. Gates case, Lucia Whalen, did not make any reference to race when calling the police. Sharpton doesn't want that fact being reported because it hurts his racist agenda and his pocketbook. In the sick mind of Al Sharpton not only is Sgt. Crowley a racist, but so is the 911 caller who he thinks should face "repercussions".

Obama caught calling the kettle black

The good folks at Naked Emperor News has uncovered audio of newly elected Senator Barack Obama whining, complaining, and accusing President Bush of rushing legislation through without giving Congress adequate time to read and debate before enacting into law.

Cambridge Police to Obama: We're just not that into you

Black and white, male and female, the Cambridge Police Department (and I'm quite sure many many other PD's around the nation) is no longer a fan/supporter of President Obama, especially in the case of Officer Kelly King. Officer King states that she voted for President Obama during the last election, but not again. President Obama has proven that he has been listening to Rev. Wright for the past 20 years with his quick use of the race card in this situation by accusing Sgt. Crowley of racially profiling Prof. Gates.

John Conyers (D-MI) explains why he can't do his job

Isn't it comforting to know that the people we elect to represent us in Congress admit that they don't understand a single thing that there voting on and have to have other people read and interpret the laws and legislation in front of them? Why don't we just vote for the people who do the reading and interpreting and cut out the idiots like Rep. Conyers (D-MI)?

Obama's Freudian slip: ObamaCare to bring greater "inefficiencies"

President Obama let the truth of ObamaCare that lurks in his sub-conscious slip out during his most recent speech to con the American people. According to The Politico Obama stated on Monday while speaking at the Childrens National Medical Center in Washington that his version of health care reform will bring about greater "inefficiencies" to the health care system. Hey, thanks for the heads up Barry!

"The reforms we seek would bring greater competition, choice, savings and inefficiencies to our health care system,"

What if restaurants were ran like Obamacare?

What better way to demonstrate Obama's health care plan then by explaining it in a way that everyone can relate too. We all go out and eat from time to time. So what if your favorite restaurant that you go to were ran exactly like it was taken over by Obamacare?

Mythbusters debunks the "moon hoaxers"

Since yesterday was the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing I thought that I would post this segment from CNN. Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage of the Discovery Channels "Mythbusters" took on and debunked a few of the conspiracy theories from the "moon hoaxer" crowd, and complete idiots, who go around claiming that the moon landing was a total fabrication put out by NASA.

"Houston, Tranquility Base here. The Eagle has landed."

Today is the 40th anniversary of the first moon landing when Apollo 11 touched down at 20:17:40 UTC (4:17pm EST) on July 20th, 1969. You can listen to the whole days events by going to We Choose the Moon.org.

Obama calls himself a liar on stimulus

Oh, wait a minute folks. The stimulus wasn't intended to work now. No, no, no no no! Where did you ever get that idea from?

Apollo 11 ... remembered

If your a huge history buff like me you may want to check this out. Forty years ago yesterday, July 16, 1969, the Apollo 11 mission blasted off on man's first attempt to land a man on the moon. This mission was accomplished successfully on July 20, 1969 when Neil Armstrong stepped onto the surface of the moon and uttered those famous words, "That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind".

Now you can re-live that entire mission (sights and sounds)from start to finish by going to www.wechoosethemoon.org. Experience again the greatness of American ingenuity and can-do spirit.

Obama has another "57-states" moment

He doesn't know the number of states in his own country (oh right, he was fatigued), and now he doesn't even know the name of the ballpark where his so-called beloved Chicago White Sox use to play in his own hometown. During an interview with Bob Costas, President Obama referred to Comiskey Park as "Cominskey Field".

Video of Michael Jackson's hair on fire

US magazine has released a never before seen video of the infamous 1984 Pepsi commercial that actually shows MJ's hair catching on fire. All other videos that I have seen of this incident were always from in front of MJ and at a distance. This video is up close and from the rear of MJ. It seems that he never realized that his hair was on fire until the stage crew rushed forward to put it out. Once extinguished you can see a bald spot on the top of MJ's head.

CNN goofs on Obama's "mom jeans"

Here's hoping that someday CNN will goof on something a little more substantial next time when they decide to do a piece that is critical of President Obama. Like health care reform, cap-and-trade, or more stimulus spending.

Russia to Obama: We're just not that into you

Obama supporters definitely can't claim that this is a still shot from a video that is being blown out of proportion and context. While in Russia President Obama is totally snubbed in a receiving line by a group of individuals who refuse to shake his hand, but gladly shake the hand of Russian President Medvedev.

Russia says no Iran sanctions for START deal: report (Reuters)

Apparently there just not that into Obama in St. Louis either.

A damning indictment of the Utopian Canadian health care system

Pajama Media's Steven Crowder travels back home to Canada to go undercover and expose the truth of that Utopian Canadian health care system that Michael Moore and President Obama want to bring to America. The video is 20 minutes long, but well worth the time to watch and educate yourself on what's in store for you and me if Obama and the Democrats get there way on implementing socialized health care.

Obama's teleprompter just can't take it anymore

Either it's just from being overused or it just can't stomach the lies anymore, but one of Obama's teleprompters fell apart during one of his BS speeches.

Asian babe of the week ... 07/13/09

President Bush gave Kim Jong-Il pancreatic cancer

My own little nutty conspiracy theory. After all, President Bush got blamed for everything else that occurred during his administration so why not give him credit for "Axis of Evil" leader #3, Kim Jong-Il being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the same time he suffered his stroke last August. Oh by the way, that was Bush's fault too.

Another great singing voice soon to be silenced.

The smartest administration ever misspells Obama's name

Pretty embarrassing, especially after the eight years of ridiculing the intelligence level of the George W. Bush administration.

Usually it's always President Obama's last name getting confused with "Osama", but from The Hill's Blog Briefing Room comes this:
Someone might want to look into whether an impostor took President Obama's place during his trip to Russia

In a release touting an agreement between Obama and President Dmitry Medvedev over how to craft a follow-up to the START arms reduction treaty, the White House claimed the document had been signed by one "Barak Obama."

Priceless Obama/Medvedev handshake photo

A picture is worth a thousand words.

Conspiracy theory of the year: Sarah Palin "did something" to Michael Jackson

Just when I thought I had posted the only story I hoped to post about Michael Jackson this gem pops up. From the Radio Equalizer, a caller to the Al Sharpton show (where else) theorizes that the real reason that Sarah Palin is stepping down from the governorship of Alaska is because she "did something " to Michael Jackson (i.e., killed), and Al Sharpton doesn't disagree with her, calls her theory "interesting" and agrees to "put it out".

FEMALE CALLER (31:50): He (Michael Jackson) is truly the soundtrack of my life. I also have a theory about Sarah Palin as well and I’m going to put it out there on radio, hopefully someone can investigate.

But, I think maybe she did something to Michael Jackson. Maybe there’s a scandal there. Maybe she’s stepping down because something’s about to come out. I don’t know, but I’m gonna just put it out there on your show so we’ll see.

SHARPTON: All right, thank you for your call, Ashley. That’s interesting. I’ll put it out, we’ll see. I don’t know.

Anybody who is capable of orchestrating the Tawana Brawley hoax is perfectly capable of encouraging a "Palin killed Jackson" hoax.

'THAT'S INTERESTING' (The Radio Equalizer)

CNN explains the Michael Jackson "ghost" image

I don't know why there trying to explain away this apparent "ghost" image on their video shot last week in the home of Michael Jackson on Neverland Ranch. It's probably the biggest ratings booster they have had in a long time on Larry King. But for the record, CNN reporter David Theall claims it's just a shadow being cast from some unknown individual accidentally walking in front of a lighting fixture during the broadcast.

Cap & Trade sing-a-long

What’s Your Household’s Cap-and-Trade Tax Burden? (The Tax Foundation)

Joe Biden admits that Obama's stimulus has failed

For the second time in less then a month Vice-President Joe Biden admits to misjudging the severity of the economy and that the Obama stimulus package that he's in charge of administering isn't working. And of course he has to throw in the habitual "blame Bush" defense. Judging from this interview it sounds like he and Obama plan to go back to what hasn't worked already ... throw more money at it.

Is Colin Powell's love affair with Obama wearing off too?

It's already beginning to wear off between Obama and the White House press corps. Now it looks like it's beginning to die between Gen. Powell and Obama too. Just two months ago Powell was quoted saying this about President Obama's tax and spend policy:
"Americans do want to pay taxes for services," he said. "Americans are looking for more government in their life, not less."

Now the sedative is fading, and the eyes are begging to open, and the puppy love is being replaced by the realities of what Obama really means for America. Here is Gen. Powell on an upcoming CNN "State of the Union" w/John King:

"I'm a little concerned," former Secretary of State Colin Powell says. "I'm concerned at the number of programs that are being presented, the bills associated with these programs and the additional government that will be needed to execute them."

Message to Gen. Powell: You made your political bed, now lie in it.

CBS, Helen Thomas engage in a little "low-level terrorism"

Chip Reid of CBS and ultra-liberal Helen Thomas engaged in a little "low-level terrorism" during Wednesdays daily White House press briefing when they protested President Obama's upcoming town hall meeting. Reid and Thomas peppered Robert Gibbs over the administrations attempt to control who attended the town hall, and the screening of questions to be asked.

Helen Thomas still wasn't through. After the press briefing concluded she went on to tell CNSNews the following:
“Nixon didn’t try to do that,” Thomas said. “They couldn’t control (the media). They didn’t try.

“What the hell do they think we are, puppets?” Thomas said. “They’re supposed to stay out of our business. They are our public servants. We pay them.”
Thomas said she was especially concerned about the arrangement between the Obama Administration and a writer from the liberal Huffington Post Web site. The writer was invited by the White House to President Obama’s press conference last week on the understanding that he would ask Obama a question about Iran from among questions that had been sent to him by people in Iran.

“When you call the reporter the night before you know damn well what they are going to ask to control you,” Thomas said.

“I’m not saying there has never been managed news before, but this is carried to fare-thee-well–for the town halls, for the press conferences,” she said. “It’s blatant. They don’t give a damn if you know it or not. They ought to be hanging their heads in shame.”

It's a sad thing when you finally wake up and realize what you just voted into office, isn't it Ms. Thomas?

On another front, it appears that Gibbs is starting to have a hard time getting all the members of the White House press corps to swallow his BS.
