My own little nutty conspiracy theory. After all, President Bush got blamed for everything else that occurred during his administration so why not give him credit for "Axis of Evil" leader #3, Kim Jong-Il being diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the same time he suffered his stroke last August. Oh by the way, that was Bush's fault too.
