Three days now of fake and phony outrage and hysteria over this AIG bonus money story, but as responsible journalists begin to dig around a little they have discovered that:
(A) Even President Obama gladly took $101,332.00 in AIG bonus money in the form of political contributions (along with Sen. Chris Dodd (D-CT)).
(B) Everyone in the Treasury and the Federal Reserve, including Obama and Congress (except the brilliant Tim Geithner) were well aware months in advance about the pending AIG bonus payouts and took no action to stop them. They just waited until the bonuses were paid in order to pull their hair and pound their chest in fake outrage.
This whole AIG story is beginning to sound to me like another Obama "wag the dog" tactic in order to get the American public distracted from Obama's failures to turn this economy around and get y'all hyped up on the "Obama Boogeyman of the Week". The Rush Limbaugh story seems to have run it's course and now it's time to hate on AIG.

The big story is which senator or congressman removed the clause that would have stopped the bonuses. Whoever that is is shaking in their boots right now.
That will be the biggest thing from this.
But I admit the Obama team dropped the ball. Although the Bush admin should have caught this the first time :)
Also I figured you would leave out the republicans so I want to help you out.
$41,200 to McCain
$19,950 to Mitt Romney
$13,200 to Rudy Giuliani
McConnell: $7,200 (2006); $1,000 (2002)
Sen. Jim Bunning, R-Ky.: $4,000 (2004)
And of course George Bush $200,000
@Flavor C ...
