Yemen (where the USS Cole was attacked) is just licking their chops at the prospect of President Obama releasing it's AQ terrorists back to them once he fulfills his promise to close GITMO. Once back in Yemen the terrorists will just be made to sign pledges never to return back to terrorism under it's new al-Qaeda "honor system".
