Is this our future whenever the left loses an election? This seems to be a growing trend amongst the left whenever they suffer defeat at the ballot box. Al Gore asking the Florida Supreme Court to award him Florida in 2000. Supporters of John Kerry trying to lawyer up in Ohio in 2004. Now this in California over there loss on Prop 8. Why can't the left just lose graciously and try again in the next election?
