Rahm Emanuel explains Obama's "compulsory" Civil Defense Service

Keep in mind folks that Rahm Emanuel is Obama's newly appointed White House Chief of Staff. Rahm Emanuel is Obama's right-hand man. Rahm Emanuel is at Obama's side 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And during that 24/7 togetherness Rahm Emanuel will be pushing this idea of a "compulsory" civil defense service for everyone between the ages of 18-25, whether you like it or not, because it's mandatory, required, obligated that you serve. Goodbye 13th Amendment, hello Totalitarianism.
