Remember the Mark Foley (R-FL) sex scandal? Democrats used his misconduct back in 2006 to win back the majority in the House of Representatives. Foley was replaced by Tim Mahoney (D-FL) who ran on a campaign based upon "Faith and Family". Now it appears that Rep Mahoney (D-FL) has been caught in a sex scandal of his own.
