Obama bows before Saudi King Abdullah

I would actually go so far as to call it a semi-curtsy. A U.S. President does not bow before any other head of state. Somebody in the State Department needs to seriously get a hold of President Obama and give him some intense tutoring on how to behave before he meets another foreign leader. Oh wait, scratch that. They don't even know the correct phone number to give out when directing the press to join in on a conference call. I guess we're screwed folks.

HISTORY LESSON: Remember the beating the press gave President Bush over this.

Has Obama taken over the phone sex industry too?

After seizing control of General Motors on Monday it also appears that President Obama has taken control of the phone sex industry as well. I didn't know it was it was in trouble.

From FOX News:
Journalists seeking to talk a little foreign policy with high-profile Obama administration officials live from the G20 meetings in London this week were solicited for phone sex instead after ringing up the toll-free number given by the White House.

In a press release, the White House accidentally listed a sex line number for journalists seeking an "on-the-record briefing call with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and National Security Advisor Jim Jones to discuss the NATO summit."

But after dialing, a soft-voiced female recording that was clearly not Clinton asked for a credit card number if you "feel like getting nasty."

After several efforts to make sure that the phone number was correctly dialed, a call to the White House resulted in a corrected press release. "If you are having trouble dialing into the call, please try this number as an alternative," and listed the international line included for reporters abroad to dial.

By this time, the conference call was already under way.

Asked for comment about this mishap, Deputy White House Press Secretary Bill Burton responded: "A corrected phone number on a press release is probably one of the stupider things FOX News has covered lately."

The Best Buy President

Our current President sure does love to give gifts to foreign heads of state that really require a lot of thought and planning. First he gave British Prime Minister a gift of 25 DVD's that turned out to be in the wrong format. And now today he gives the Queen of England the priceless gift of an iPod, with Obama's greatest hits on it. Can't this man buy a gift for a foreign leader from someplace other then Best Buy or Circuit City.

Pelosi lied, jobs died

Remember when Nancy Pelosi claimed that every month that Obama's stimulus bill was not enacted into law 500,000,000 American jobs would be lost. Here, let me refresh your memory:

OK, she meant to say 500,000. So her point was that 500,000 jobs would be lost each month if Obama's stimulus plan wasn't acted upon. So right after the President's Day holiday in February, Obama signed his stimulus bill into law. So that should have meant that job losses should stop, or at least slow, or at least be less then 500,000. Right? WRONG! According to ADP, the private sector slashed 742,000 jobs in March. Plus, economists are expecting the Labour Department to announce that the unemployment rate will rise to 8.5% on Friday.

Now I perfectly expect Ms. Pelosi to claim that she meant 500,000,000 the whole time and that a loss of only 742,000 jobs is a huge success for Obama's stimulus bill. She'll actually claim that Obama saved 499,258,000 jobs. You watch and see.

Life's losers converge upon London

Life's losers, the lazy, the malcontents, the unemployed, the welfare cheats, the blood-sucking parasites of our society, the people who live by their mailboxes harassing letter carriers for their government welfare checks, the communists, the socialists, the stateists, all descend upon London to protests the G20 summit.

Obama's tax-cheat administration ... pt. 3

President Obama can now add another name to his administration of shame, Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius, who is Obama's choice to head Health and Human Services. According to news reports Gov. Sebelius and her husband had to pay back over $7,000.00 in back taxes, plus $878.00 in interest for the years 2005-2007. She would be Obama's sixth tax-cheat nominee.

Daniel Hannan on MSNBC

Daniel Hannan is preaching a message to halt this runaway spending while President Obama is heading to London right now with a message to the G20 to increase global spending. Perhaps these two can bump into each other and Mr. Hannan can get an opportunity to open President Obama's eyes a little.
