Letterman ticks off his bosses

David Letterman had an on-camera meltdown last week when Sen. John McCain cancelled his appearance on his show last week at the last minute. This happened last Wednesday, Sept. 24, when McCain decided to suspend his campaign in order to go to Washington to help work on the financial bailout plan. This ticked Letterman off so much that he decided to rail on and on about how upset he was. He even showed live internal CBS video coverage of McCain getting preped for an interview with Katie Couric over at the CBS News set. The leaking of this live feed did not sit well with Letterman's bosses.
