After all this time he finally had to admit to the world that Bush was correct in establishing GITMO and holding military tribunals there for terrorists caught on the battlefield. Don't go blaming Republicans for foiling your plans to hold civilian trials in a federal court Eric. That congress that your bitching about was a Democrat congress from top to bottom.
