Is Obama cheating on his teleprompter?

Obama uses a huge TV monitor during his prime time press conference instead of his constant companion, the ever present teleprompter.

    I'll take a teleprompter using president any day over one who makes ups his own words and has a new pronunciation of one every other day.

    even with his teleprompter he still gets words and sentences wrong. and without his telepromtpter we get gems like "57 states" or treating a kid with asthma with a "breathalyzer".
