While I have a self-serving reason to want it, I think the only real solution out of this mess is to have an election. I don't know how anyone can make an untainted appointment at this point.
As far as Obama, I think he is peripherally involved but not much. I think the real trail leads to his chief of staff. I think he's got questions to answer.
This guy is a joke. I hope he loses his seat somehow, but it's hardly unlikely.

@ Chuck ... yea, i'm pretty sure Rahm's dirty but i think Obama has a few skeletons in his closet as well
